Seeking an experienced Real Estate & Transactional Attorney to join its team in White Plains, NY. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with a strong background in sophisticated commercial real estate and corporate transactions who enjoys working across a broad range of matters and advising clients on complex business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
-Handle sophisticated commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financings.-Advise clients on corporate transactions, business matters, and general commercial agreements.-Draft, review, and negotiate corporate documents, contracts, governing documents, and entity formation materials.-Provide practical business counsel to clients on a variety of transactional matters.-Manage complex legal matters while maintaining strong client relationships and delivering thoughtful, strategic guidance.
Qualifications:
-8+ years of relevant legal experience, with a focus on commercial real estate and corporate transactions.-Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.-Demonstrated experience handling real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and financings.-Strong knowledge of entity formation, corporate governance documents, and commercial agreements.-Excellent analytical, legal research, drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.-Ability to manage multiple matters effectively while providing responsive, high-quality client service.
