APPLY NOWJob Description:
We are seeking an experienced Screen Print Press Operator to join a fast-paced production team specializing in textile and garment printing. This position is responsible for setting up and operating automatic and manual screen-printing presses while maintaining high standards for quality, efficiency, and production turnaround.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate automatic and manual screen-printing presses
- Complete high-volume production orders while meeting established deadlines and quality standards
- Prepare, burn, coat, and reclaim screens using appropriate mesh selections
- Adjust dryer settings based on different ink, garment, and fabric requirements
- Mix ink and prepare materials according to production specifications
- Inspect completed prints and perform quality-control checks
- Troubleshoot printing and press-related issues and make necessary adjustments
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient production workspace
- Work closely with other production team members to complete customer orders accurately and on time
- Perform additional production-related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating an automatic screen-printing press preferred
- Willing to submit to drug and background screening
- Previous experience with textile or garment screen printing strongly preferred
- Knowledge of screen preparation, ink mixing, dryer settings, and print-quality standards
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
- Ability to identify and troubleshoot production or printing issues
- Ability to stand and work on your feet throughout the shift
- Ability to work overtime and weekends when production demands require
