Associate Insurance Client Service Manager

Gallagher is seeking an Associate Client Service Manager to support our insurance and risk management clients in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. In this role, you will act as a key contact for day-to-day service needs, coordinating policy renewals, endorsements, certificates, and documentation while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. You will collaborate with Client Service Managers, Producers, and carriers to prepare proposals, analyze coverage, and support claims coordination. Serve as day-to-day contact for assigned clients, responding to inquiries and resolving service issues promptly. Coordinate policy placement, renewals, endorsements, and documentation with carriers and internal teams. Support Client Service Managers and Producers with proposals, marketing, and renewal strategies. Review policies, contracts, and coverage information for accuracy and completeness. Prepare reports, schedules, and client-facing materials using Excel and other tools. Assist with claims coordination and status tracking to support positive client outcomes. Maintain accurate client data in CRM and policy management systems. Collaborate with cross-functional Gallagher teams to deliver integrated risk and insurance solutions. Monitor key deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of policies, certificates, and documentation. Contribute to continuous improvement of client service processes and best practices.
