Key qualifications:
Demonstrated leadership experience managing comprehensive energy, sustainability, or climate mitigation initiatives within a large public-sector agency
Professional experience in utility management, energy contract negotiation, or power purchasing, with focus on renewable/clean energy standards
Experience collaborating with high-level external stakeholders and legislative bodies on sustainability policies
Advance degree in a technical or scientific field with emphasis on sustainability or related field
Minimum five years managing sustainability programs and minimum five years managing staff in government sector
