Wholesale Parts Counterperson Southaven Kia is seeking an experienced Wholesale Parts Counterperson to support and grow our wholesale parts business. We're looking for a motivated professional who understands dealership parts operations, builds strong relationships with repair facilities, and delivers fast, accurate service.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist wholesale customers with parts inquiries, pricing, and availability
- Process phone, email, and in-person wholesale orders efficiently
- Maintain strong relationships with body shops, independent repair facilities, and commercial accounts
- Ensure accurate invoicing, billing, and documentation
- Work closely with the Parts Manager to grow wholesale volume and customer retention
- Maintain organized inventory flow and proper parts sourcing
- Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:- Prior dealership parts experience preferred (Kia/Hyundai experience a plus)
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and wholesale operations
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
- Professional communication and customer-service skills
- Familiarity with dealership DMS systems
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
