Senior Product Manager, Enterprise AI Adoption

T-Mobile is seeking a seasoned product leader to manage an enterprise AI training and adoption program. You will own vision, roadmap, and delivery across all lines of business, building an AI Champion Network and coordinating with AI vendors and SMEs to enable practical, safe use of AI in daily work. Responsibilities include research-led strategy, development of adoption tools, enterprise training planning, and data-driven prioritization to improve training completion and employee satisfaction.
