25 year old, $15M, SMB, electronic parts distribution company serving the legal casino gaming market, is looking for an experienced, proven CEO to turnaround month/month falling revenue and net profits losses. An aggressive push for company-wide performance has revealed limitations in senior management and driven turnover among key sales staff, leading to a drop in sales and profitability. Responsibilities and Qualifications We are looking for a dedicated, 100% hands on, on site CEO to take over and turn around to profitability. The CEO in question must be prepared to do a company review and overhaul where needed – top to bottom. This person must have experience in SMB company turnarounds of a similar type (multi-warehouse B2B product distribution). This person would be offered a 3 – 5 year contract with the goal of increasing EBITDA, for sale at the end of that period. This person's proven professional experience is essential and must be prepared to provide evidence and offer references. Compensation We offer a competitive base salary paired with an aggressive, performance-based share of profit growth. Additional compensation structures are open to negotiation based on your proven, relevant experience and track record.www.CasinoTech.comhttps://www.linkedin.com/company/casinotech/
