Key Responsibilities:- Nurture relationships to build a clientele for life
- Exhibit consultative selling skills. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
- Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority. Know the ins and the outs of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies
- Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles
- Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business
- Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations
Contribute to a positive dealership atmosphere, collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For:
No prior sales experience requiredjust a positive attitude and a strong work ethic!
Strong communication skills and a passion for customer service.
A love for cars and the automotive industry.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated with a desire to exceed sales goals.
Ability to work flexible hours, with Saturdays and some holidays NO Sundays.
