Senior Contracts & Negotiations Leader

Fidelity Investments in Smithfield, RI seeks a Senior Manager, Contracts Management to lead drafting and negotiation of agreements with our largest plan sponsor clients. You will partner with Sales, Relationship Management, Operations, and Corporate Legal to advance business goals while managing legal risk. The ideal candidate has a four-year degree, JD preferred, and 3–4 years of compliance or contracts experience, with strong negotiation and communication skills.
