Job Description:
Emergency Solutions is partnering with a well-established, physician-led clinic in Ocala, FL seeking a Primary Care Physician to join their team due to a recent provider retirement.
This is a rare opportunity to step into an established patient base in a supportive, family-oriented environment with strong work-life balance.
Position Highlights:
Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Manageable patient volume: 15–20 patients per day
Light call: 1 week every 3 weeks (phone only, can be taken remotely)
Established clinic with 29 years in the community
Each provider is supported by their own dedicated assistant
Compensation & Benefits:
$250k-$270k (DOE)

Clinical Overview
Patient population: Primarily Geriatric
Core responsibilities:
Patient assessments
Medication management
Flexibility in procedures based on provider preference
EMR:
eClinicalWorks
Boutique-style clinic (~600 sq ft) with a tight-knit, family environment
Requirements:
MD or DO (Primary Care / Family Medicine / Internal Medicine)
Open to new graduates
Board Certification not required
Florida license and DEA can be obtained post-offer
