This position offers a $300 annual clothing allowance for uniform, protective footwear, and PPE.Who We NeedHigh School diploma/GED required Prior CNC Experience is a plus Hilo operator's license (will train if needed) Prior fabrication or construction experience desired Ability to do physical labor including lifting of up to 100 lbs Ability to stand for 8-10 hours/day Ability to bend, twist, and stoop Key Qualifications/Requirements Attention to detail. Teamwork mentality Mechanical Aptitude Punctual and dependable Strong positive work ethic Desire to "do things right the first time"Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and fabricate from digital templates and CAD drawings. Ability to read a tape measure and understand dimensions. Knowledge of mathematics including fractions and decimals Ability to effectively work and communicate with fellow employee owners Ability to or willingness to learn to operate tools listed above and obtain new skills Knowledge of structural design integrity Self-starter
