APPLY NOWProduction Worker — Beverage Manufacturing Masis Staffing is partnering with a reputable beverage manufacturer in the Waddell, AZ area to place Production Workers on their packaging line. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with multiple shifts available. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment. This role is essential to keeping the line running efficiently and maintaining the quality standards the facility is known for. Must be at least 21 years of age due to the nature of the product manufactured at this facility.
Responsibilities:
- Work on the conveyor line on the beverage production floor, monitoring and troubleshooting process equipment to ensure continuous operations
- Communicate job knowledge and process changes with team members and management through shift handover meetings, daily production meetings, email, action logs, and work orders
- Perform quality inspections using basic lab equipment and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Complete and maintain documentation for inventory checks, quality inspections, sanitation requirements, batch and blending production, and basic maintenance tasks
- Maintain sanitation and lubrication of machinery, equipment, storage bins, and workstations
- Report safety and equipment issues to leadership promptly
Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years of age (required for alcohol manufacturing)
- High School diploma or GED preferred; Associate degree or higher encouraged 2+ years of manufacturing experience, or a combination of similar experience and computer skills
- Proficiency with computers and Microsoft OfficeBasic math skills
- Ability to receive and act on regular feedback
- Works well independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrates accountability and a sense of urgency
- Strong commitment to safety and quality
- Shift & Pay1st Shift: $20.00 per hour2nd Shift: $20.50 per hour (2-day 1st shift training period)3rd Shift: $21.00 per hour (2-day 1st shift training period)
