Vice President, Equities Strategic Initiatives & Business Transformation

About the Role: The Company is seeking a Vice President to lead strategic initiatives and business transformation across its equities business. The role will drive programs such as new product approvals and trading system migrations, managing plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, governance, and stakeholder communications. The successful candidate will partner with trading and business teams to define requirements and work with technology teams to deliver solutions. They will also identify and advance automation opportunities using AI, robotic process automation, and data analytics, while tracking outcomes against agreed measures. The position requires collaboration across business and control functions and the ability to influence senior stakeholders and resolve complex program challenges. Candidates should have 5–10 years of experience and a proven record of delivering end-to-end programs in sales and trading. Strong program management, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and continuous improvement skills are essential. Applicants should be able to translate business needs into actionable requirements and coordinate complex, cross-functional initiatives. The role also calls for sound judgment in assessing business impact, feasibility, return, and risk, along with clear communication and the ability to build consensus among senior stakeholders.
