Field Service Engineer (100% Travel)

This position would sit in North Phoenix but require travel to client sites nationwide as needed! Field Service Engineer: The Field Service Engineer is responsible for providing product support and technical know-how to customers at assigned customer sites. Diagnoses and remedies faults, performs preventative maintenance, installs and commissions of products. Completes all tasks with precision while ensuring safe practices are upheld. What We Expect of You? Utilizes electromechanical skills to provide excellent service to customers. Participates in site safety programs to create a zero-hazard environment. Works professionally and develops customer relations. Demonstrates ability to understand detailed electrical schematics and mechanical drawings. Understands and adheres to all site fab protocol requirements. Comprehends the use of test equipment including various test meters, hand tools, and power tools Knowledge areas/SkillsMust have a positive attitude, be energetic and enthusiastic, and possess a strong willingness to learn and a commitment to excellence. A self-starter who can set priorities, demonstrate initiative and the ability to get the job done. Must be capable of following instructions and exercising good independent judgment when appropriate. Possess excellent customer interfacing and communication skills. Able to read engineering drawings and electrical diagrams. Competent in the use of test equipment including various test meters, hand tools, etc
