Weekend Shift ManagerWe are looking for two reliable, responsible, and tech-savvy Weekend Shift Managers to help oversee weekend operations, support our caregivers and clients, and step in to provide direct care when needed. This is a hybrid remote/on-call and caregiving position. Weekend Shift Managers will primarily handle incoming calls, assist with scheduling and coverage needs, and troubleshoot situations that arise throughout the weekend. When caregiver coverage cannot be found, you must be willing and able to go to a client's home and provide care as needed. This position is ideal for someone who is dependable, organized, a strong problem-solver, and comfortable making decisions and handling unexpected situations independently. Eligible for mileage reimbursement Responsibilities & ExpectationsBe available Friday evening through Monday morningRemain reachable and responsive by phone throughout the weekend, including overnight hours on Friday, Saturday, and SundayAnswer calls and provide support to caregivers and clientsAssist with finding coverage when a caregiver calls out or is unable to workBe willing to personally cover client shifts when necessaryDevelop a strong working knowledge of our clients, caregivers, schedules, and proceduresBe comfortable using scheduling, communication, and other technology required for the positionBe willing to travel between the Charlottesville and Valley service areas when coverage is needed; otherwise, weekend responsibilities can primarily be handled remotelyBe prepared to respond to both daytime and overnight situationsCommunicate clearly with caregivers, clients, and management regarding weekend issues and changesIf you are dependable, organized, calm under pressure, and enjoy supporting both caregivers and clients, we'd love to have you join our Weekend Management Team!
