Job Summary:
Columbia County Schools is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to provide on-site nursing support for students with critical, complex, and medically fragile needs. The RN will provide health services and support students throughout the school day, including G-tube feedings, care for trach-dependent students, suctioning, seizure/epilepsy monitoring, medication administration, and other student-specific nursing needs. The RN will also collaborate with school staff, families, and healthcare providers to support student safety and well-being.
On-Site ONLY Key Requirements:
- Active Georgia RN License requiredCPR/BLS certification required
- Pediatric/school-based nursing experience preferredExperience supporting students with critical, complex, and medically fragile needs
- Experience with G-tube feedings, trach-dependent students, and suctioning preferredExperience with seizure/epilepsy management preferred
