Facility: Papillion Foods (535,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art plant)
Papillion Foods produces premium salami and dry sausage products under the Columbus Craft Meats brand, along with iconic Hormel products such as Hormel Pepperoni and Black Label Bacon. This modern facility features advanced sustainability initiatives, including automated guided vehicles, ergonomic lifting systems, and energy-efficient LED lighting.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and support team members in daily plant operations

- Ensure proper staffing, materials, and equipment availability

Qualifications:- RequiredAuthorized to work in the U.S.18 years or older
- Willing to work overtime, weekends, and extended hours
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and initiative skills
- PreferredExperience in production or food manufacturing
