Shift: 1st Shift, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Schedule: Monday–Thursday
Overtime: Weekends and additional hours as needed
Job Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor press machinery safely and efficiently.
Set up and adjust equipment according to production requirements.
Inspect finished parts for quality, accuracy, and defects.
Follow work instructions, production standards, and safety procedures.
Monitor equipment performance and report any issues.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Meet production goals while maintaining quality standards.
Qualifications:
Previous press operating experience OR a strong machining/manufacturing background is required.
Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to learn equipment setups and operating procedures.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform the physical requirements of the position.
Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.
