Logistics Assistant The Logistics Assistant is responsible for managing the flow of materials and supplies necessary for the successful execution of photovoltaic (PV) and battery energy storage system (BESS) projects. This role ensures that materials are received, stored, and distributed efficiently and accurately, while maintaining strong coordination with suppliers and internal teams. The Logistics Assistant plays a critical role in optimizing the project value chain, supporting seamless operations, and ensuring timely execution of construction activities. Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities: Manage the movement and flow of materials and supplies, ensuring they are received on time, in the correct quantities, and in proper condition. Coordinate and control the preparation, storage, and organization of materials to maintain operational efficiency. Oversee transportation and distribution operations, ensuring safe and timely delivery to project sites. Implement and optimize logistical resources and processes to enhance supply chain efficiency and value creation. Maintain ongoing communication with suppliers to ensure timely procurement, delivery, and resolution of material-related issues. Distribute materials and supplies to the construction site according to project requirements and schedules. Collaborate with other departments, including project management, procurement, and field operations, to ensure coordinated execution of processes and project milestones. Develop and execute action plans to anticipate and resolve logistical challenges, maintaining continuity of operations.
