Full Time Occupational Therapist What you'll do as an Occupational Therapist (OT) Home Health: Partner with the Case Manager to provide skilled services that evaluate and address the needs of individuals in their homes, enabling them to live safely and productively in their home environment. Assess and implement home safety interventions. Manage medication schedules and safety. Provide wheelchair seating and positioning solutions. Treat pain management needs. Implement falls‐prevention strategies. Support management of chronic diseases and dementia, including family caregiver training. Serve as an educator and patient advocate.
