Requirements:- Must be comfortable practicing solo in a resource-limited setting. Stabilize and ship trauma.

- 17-bed hospital with high-volume ED
- Solo coverage with support from CHAs and telehealth
- Cerner EHR with statewide connectivity
- No surgery; OB unit is midwife-led with risk-out protocols
- Referral center: Alaska Native Medical Center (via air transport)
