What You Will Do: This role performs comprehensive chart review by entering data, filing, retrieving production records, and compiling donor documents with required lab results, while also supporting tissue processing through production tasks, freeze-drying activities, and managing the movement of tissue grafts and samples, including pathology requests. It assists with Quality Verification to ensure accuracy of regulated documentation such as clean room logs, and promotes improved documentation quality and completeness through communication with internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, the position supports equipment management by verifying maintenance and repair activities in coordination with the equipment team.
