Lead Site Reliability Engineer - Bend, OR

Lonza Group Ltd. in Bend, Oregon, seeks a Principal Engineer, Site Reliability, to develop and lead reliability strategies that improve asset performance, uptime, and compliance in manufacturing operations. You will partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Maintenance to drive root-cause investigations, data analysis, and KPI tracking, while supporting audits and new equipment projects. This is a fully site-based, in-person role at Lonza.
