Circana is looking for field investigators. Your role is to collect in-store information (prices, shelving, promotions, etc.) using various tools (paper, terminal, laptop, smartphone, etc.) and transmit it.
Your mission:
Attached to our team of investigators, which covers the entire national territory, you will be responsible for:
- Participate in the collection of information in large distribution using portable terminals: - price checks - shelving, facing, and promotion checks
- Familiarize yourself with the survey guidelines before each investigation.
- Ensure the collection of information according to the expected standards of quality, productivity, and deadlines as defined in the survey instructions.
- May be required to collect information directly for clients but also for contractors, partners, or research firms.
- May be required to collect information using different tools from clients but also from contractors, partners, or research firms.
- Maintain optimal communication with store personnel, colleagues, headquarters team, contractors, clients, partners, and management.
- Transmit to your management and concerned departments any information regarding the stores you are responsible for (work, relocations, refusals, expansions, etc.).Profile
- You are rigorous, autonomous, and respect deadlines and quality
- You are mobile at least in your department (Driver's license + Vehicle Required) - Possibility of trips to neighboring departments.
Note:
