Labor & Employment Attorney An established and growing New York law firm is seeking a Labor & Employment Attorney to support a sophisticated management-side practice. This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys who enjoy counseling employers, resolving workplace challenges, and serving as strategic legal partners.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Advise employers on employment-related legal issues
- Conduct workplace investigations
- Draft employment agreements, policies, and handbooks
- Handle administrative agency proceedings
- Defend employment-related claims and litigation
- Deliver risk-management guidance and training
Desired Qualifications:
- New York Bar admission 3+ years of Labor & Employment experience
- Strong writing and analytical skills
- Experience representing employers preferred
