Clinical Data Ingestion Senior Manager

Key Skills / Responsibilities: 7+ years in Clinical Data Ingestion, Data Integration, ETL/ELT or Clinical Data Pipelines. Hands-on experience with Veeva CDB, Elluminate, JReview or similar clinical data review platforms. Experience ingesting clinical data from EDC, CTMS, Labs, eCOA/ePRO, Imaging, Safety and vendors. Strong knowledge of file/API integrations, CSV, JSON, XML, SFTP, mapping and transformations. Strong SQL skills; Python/scripting for automation, QC and data processing. Expertise in data validation, reconciliation, completeness/timeliness checks, incremental loads and controlled reprocessing. Build reusable ingestion frameworks, metadata-driven mappings, QC rules, templates and runbooks. Experience with pipeline/transfer monitoring, alerting, incident management, reruns and KPI/SLA tracking. Strong understanding of data lineage, auditability, documentation and controlled processes. Exposure to GxP/CSV, change control and regulated clinical environments preferred. Strong stakeholder management with CDM, vendors, IT, analytics/programming and data review teams.
