Leading the coordination and implementation of program activities in Iraq, the full-time Senior Program Officer will manage stakeholder relationships, support program quality and reporting, and ensure timely achievement of objectives in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities:
Lead coordination and implementation of assigned program activities in Iraq
Develop, monitor, and update workplans, implementation timelines, and deliverables
Serve as a liaison with government stakeholders, partners, and beneficiaries
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
At least 5 years of relevant professional experience, particularly in donor-funded development programs in Iraq
Experience with monitoring, evaluation, and learning activities is preferred
Native or near-native fluency in written and spoken Arabic and Kurdish; English proficiency strongly preferred
Valid proof of unrestricted work authorization in Iraq
