Senior Director of Housing Resilience

Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the Housing Disaster Resilience and Recovery team, focusing on performance evaluation and professional development Develop and implement the strategic plan for housing resilience in alignment with Habitat's global strategy Coordinate with various departments to integrate housing resilience and disaster risk reduction into long-term programs and projectsRequired Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in urban planning, public policy, civil engineering, environmental science, or a related field; graduate studies in resilience planning or disaster management preferred Minimum of 7 years of experience in disaster risk reduction, community resilience, or housing development Proven track record of managing complex projects funded by international cooperation entities Experience working internationally in at least 2 countries in the Global South Strong understanding of resilience frameworks and humanitarian principles
