Key Responsibilities:
Lead theOTC trading desk, managing a team to drive performance and growth.
Design, implement, and continuously improveend-to-end trading SOPsfor the desk.
Enhance trading efficiency throughsystem automationand process optimization.
Collaborate with stakeholders across compliance, risk, and operations to ensure smooth trading activities.
Future / Optional Responsibilities:
Contribute tonew product development, supporting innovation and expansion of trading offerings.
Qualifications & Experience:
At least 6–7 years of trading experience, withminimum 5 years in traditional sell-side roles .Proven experience as atraderin digital assets, OTC markets, or traditional markets.
Demonstrated ability tolead a trading teamand improve operational workflows.
Strong understanding of trading systems, automation, and process optimization.
Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin/Cantonese.
