Senior Manager, SEC Reporting & Disclosure

PayPal is seeking a Senior Manager, SEC Reporting to lead the preparation and review of the company’s filings (10-K/10-Q/8-K) under US GAAP and SEC rules. The role requires strong project management and cross-functional collaboration with Controllership, Tax, FP&A, Legal, Investor Relations, and others. The candidate will drive process improvements, including automation, and contribute to Disclosure Committee materials while ensuring robust internal controls and accurate external disclosures.
