Join Brustolon Buick - GMC as a Finance Manager at our Mystic, CT location. In this role, you will play a key part in driving the financial success of our new car dealership by managing the finance and insurance (F&I) processes, ensuring compliance, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee all F&I activities including financing, insurance, and warranty products.
Develop financial packages that meet customer needs while maximizing dealership profitability.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and company regulations and policies.
Work closely with sales and management teams to provide a seamless customer experience.
Maintain accurate records and reports related to F&I transactions.
Negotiate with lenders and insurance providers to obtain the best rates and terms.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an F&I Manager in a new car dealership environment.
Strong knowledge of vehicle financing, insurance products, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
High level of integrity and professionalism.
