Healthcare Staffing Technology My client is a high-growth healthcare staffing technology company that has achieved 1000% growth over the past eight years and continues to expand into new markets nationwide. They are seeking a VP of Recruiting & Account Management to lead and scale two mission-critical functions. This executive will own team performance, client retention, account growth, and operational execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and scale multi-state Account Management and Recruiting teams
Build a performance-driven, accountable culture
Own client satisfaction, retention, and account growth
Establish scalable processes for relationship management and issue resolution
Drive daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
Partner with Sales, Product, Technology, and Operations

Qualifications:

7+ years of healthcare staffing experience 3+ years of people leadership experience
Proven success managing Recruiting and/or Account Management teams
Track record of scaling teams in high-growth environments
