TITLE INSURANCE COUNSEL (Garden City)

We are a premier title insurance agency seeking a full-time attorney to underwrite commercial real estate transactions. Applicants must have experience in all facets of title insurance including the ability to read abstracts, review surveys and resolve title insurance issues. Candidates must have prior title insurance experience working on sophisticated transactions with highly knowledgeable clients and must also possess a strong knowledge of the practices and procedures of title insurance related matters. Applicants must be able to operate in a professional, courteous, and personal manner with clients and parties to the transactions. A strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment is a must. This is a full-time, in-person position.
