Senior Project Management Office Leader (m/f)

Responsibilities: Manage projects from preconstruction through completion. Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors and project teams. Lead contract negotiations, buyout and cost management. Coordinate with owners, architects and field operations. Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.

Requirements: ~7+ years of construction project management experience.~ Proven experience delivering ground-up multifamily projects.~ Experience with concrete, post-tensioned structures and/or podium construction.~ Strong leadership, financial management and communication skills.~ Previous experience with a General Contractor.
