Role Description:
The Title Review/Processor is a full-time, on-site role based in Pikesville, MD. This position is responsible for reviewing title commitments, searches, and related documents to identify liens, encumbrances, and other issues affecting clear title. The role includes preparing and processing title commitments, coordinating with lenders, real estate agents, customers, and internal team members to gather required information and documentation.
Qualifications:
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, lenders, real estate professionals, and coworkers.
Basic Accounting skills for reviewing figures, preparing settlement statements, and reconciling transaction-related funds.
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple files and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in title, escrow, real estate, or mortgage-related roles is preferred.
Proficiency with office software and title/escrow systems, along with accurate data entry capabilities.
