Clinical Scribe & Documentation Specialist (Float)

Oak Street Health is seeking a Medical Scribe - Float to support primary care providers with clinical documentation and charting in our clinics across CT. You will observe patient visits, document encounters, assign CPT/ICD-10 codes, and help close care gaps within a value-based care model. This full-time, on-site role offers extensive on-the-job training, exposure to chronic disease management, and opportunities to advance in health informatics and medical coding.
