Workflow & Integration Support: Conduct technical discovery with customer stakeholders (CIOs, Administrators, Deans) to collect requirements, technical constraints, and document future state workflows.
Voice of the Customer: Synthesize market feedback, competitive insights, and feature requests gleaned from customer interactions and provide to internal stakeholders, including Product and Marketing teams.
Collaboration, Teamwork, and Growth: Contribute to a collaborative, low ego, and growth focused team. Embrace feedback, improvement, and innovation as part of business as usual.
