Full-Cycle Recruiter & HR Coordinator Hybrid Role

Eastside Exterminators is seeking a Full-Cycle Recruiter to own hiring from requisition to start date, with HR support duties. About 80% of your time will be recruiting, 20% onboarding, HRIS upkeep, and day-to-day people operations. Hybrid option after 90 days in our HQ office in Bothell, WA. You will manage recruiting for 2–10 roles, partner with managers to define requirements, and ensure a positive candidate experience while complying with Washington pay transparency rules.
