Conduct legal research, analysis, and case preparation in the family law practice area. Assist senior attorneys in case management, including drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents. Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, mediations, and other legal proceedings. Collaborate with senior attorneys and legal support staff to ensure efficient and effective case management. Stay informed about changes in relevant laws, regulations, and legal trends affecting our practice areas. Uphold the firm's commitment to providing high-quality legal services, ethical conduct, and client satisfaction. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Experience in family law practice, including divorce, custody, and support cases. Ability to conduct thorough legal research and analysis.
