Kaweah Health is seeking a full-time Critical Care Physician to join their team in Visalia, CA. In this role, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide exceptional care in a community-based teaching hospital setting. Practice Info Community-based teaching hospital located in Visalia, CAICU team consists of 10 physicians and 4 APPsCare provided in a 21-bed MICU, 20-bed CVICU, and 42-bed ICCUTeaching hospital with Emergency Medicine, Anesthesia, Family Medicine, and Surgery residency programs Utilizes Cerner as the internal informatics platform Shift & Schedule Full-time position Full-time physicians work an average of 14 shifts per month Mostly day shifts with some nights7-days-on/7-days-off schedule1099 position
Responsibilities:
- Provide critical care in the ICU, focusing on medical, surgical, and cardiovascular patients
- Utilize Cerner, the hospital's internal informatics platform to ensure efficient and accurate patient care documentation
- CompensationAnnual clinical compensation is $520,000 based on 14 shifts per month

Qualifications:
- Board-certified or board-eligible critical care physicians (MD or DO)
- Committed to excellence in clinical service, forward-thinking, and demonstrate problem-solving abilities necessary in the ICUDemonstrate the ability to work as a team member and perform all technical skills in the critical care setting
