Role Description:
Simply Snacks is looking for a full-time, on-site Sales Coordinator based in Hillside, NJ.This person will support the sales team with order entry, customer follow-up, reporting, and day-to-day coordination to help ensure orders move smoothly from start to finish. You will work closely with customers, the warehouse, logistics, and the sales team to keep everything organized and on track.
Responsibilities include:
- Entering and tracking customer orders
- Following up on open orders, deliveries, and customer requests
- Responding to customer inquiries and helping resolve issues
- Preparing sales reports and maintaining account information
- Updating pricing, product lists, and sales materials
- Coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams on shipments and delivery timing
- Scheduling sales calls and meetings
- Keeping sales documentation organized and accessible
- Supporting promotions, new product launches, and account growth opportunities
Qualifications:
- Must have experience working in wholesale, preferably supporting a sales team, managing customer orders, and coordinating with retail or wholesale accounts
- Strong organization, communication, and customer-service skillsComfortable handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skillsComfortable using Excel, spreadsheets, CRM systems, and basic office software
- Food, grocery, CPG, inventory, or order-management experience is a plus
- Must be able to work full-time on-site in Hillside, NJ
