Remote Pharmacovigilance Specialist for DSUR/PBRER

Mercor is seeking a Medical Safety Expert for a remote contract role. You will generate and validate the safety layer of clinical data rooms and author DSURs and PBRERs, designing prompts and rubrics to quantify AI agent capabilities. Responsibilities include interpreting benefit-risk against safety data, conducting fatal-case workups, and working independently to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance. Requires MD/PhD/PharmD or equivalent with 5+ years in medical safety.
