APPLY NOWFiberglass RollerSmoker Craft, Inc currently has an opening for Fiberglass Roller! This position works from our plant in New Paris, IN. Fiberglass Roller's starting pay is $20.64/hr. and with positive reviews can be increased to $22.64/hr after 60 days. After the first week of work, employees are eligible for an Attendance Bonus averaging an additional $50/week! Shift Schedule is 5 am to 1:30 pm, Monday-Friday.
Responsibilities include:
- Rolling fiberglass layers on molds to form boat decks and hulls
- Smoothing seams, removing air bubbles and excess resin
- Performing quality checks for defects on finished product
Required skills and experience:
- Candidates must have previous fiberglass rolling experience
- Chopper gun operator experience is helpful
- Knowledge of the lay-up construction of the fiberglass lamination process
Schedule: (Schedule is subject to change based on production needs)8-hour shift
