Junior Options Trader

Responsibilities: Develop and execute new automated and discretionary trading strategies. Partner with senior traders to design strategies, refine processes, and manage impactful projects. Enhance trading operations in collaboration with the technology team. Conduct post-trade analysis and perform portfolio performance reviews. Skills and Competencies: At least 1 year of experience in options market making. A passion for financial markets, a competitive mindset, and an entrepreneurial spirit. Strong problem-solving skills, multitasking abilities, and a proactive approach to ownership. Comprehensive understanding of trading metrics, environments, and market behavior to make informed decisions. Effective communication and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a related field; advanced degrees are a plus. Proficiency in Excel, Python, and statistical modeling. Demonstrated success in managing multiple tasks in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment. Experience in decision-making and risk management.
