APPLY NOWMillwright PositionWe're hiring a Millwright to install, align, and maintain industrial machinery and mechanical systems. This role requires precision, mechanical expertise, and the ability to troubleshoot issues in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, assemble, and align heavy machinery and mechanical components
Maintain and repair industrial equipment, conveyors, and production systems
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and manuals
Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical issues
Ensure equipment is installed according to manufacturer and safety specifications
Collaborate with engineers and other technicians as needed
Qualifications:
2+ years of millwright or industrial maintenance experience
Skilled in mechanical alignment, rigging, and use of precision tools
Ability to read schematics and follow technical documentation
Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
Comfortable working with heavy equipment and in high-noise environments
Certification or trade school training preferred
Average Pay Rate: $30$35 / Hour
