HR Director – Physician-Led Healthcare MSOJohn Evans Recruiting is conducting a search for an HR Director for a high-growth, physician-led healthcare management services organization (MSO) backed by private equity. This MSO brings together medical aesthetics and med spa practices across multiple states. With approximately 250 employees across 11 locations, the organization is seeking an HR leader to build and scale the HR function while supporting continued growth and acquisition integration. Our client is seeking direct healthcare or physician practice experience, coupled with significant multi-site integration experience. They anticipate integrating 4–7 new practices within a 3–4 month period, while simultaneously rolling out standardized HR policies, benefits, compensation structures, and performance management processes across the platform. The ability to build relationships and establish credibility with physicians and former practice owners, navigate complex provider dynamics, and successfully drive standardization across multiple newly acquired groups simultaneously will be critical. This requires someone who can balance relationship management with execution and accountability, often in environments where former owners are adjusting to a new operating structure. This is a hands-on leadership role spanning HR strategy, employee relations, compliance, benefits, performance management, and acquisition onboarding. The HR Director will partner closely with executive leadership, physicians, Finance, Legal, and Operations.
