Schedule:
Multiple Shifts Available1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AMWeekend Availability: Required
Opportunity Type: Contract-to-Hire
Responsibilities:
- Greet residents, guests, and vendors with professionalism and outstanding customer service
- Manage package intake, logging, storage, and resident notifications
- Assist residents with questions, requests, and community information
- Monitor building access and follow community security procedures
- Coordinate communication between residents, management, maintenance, and vendors
- Maintain accurate visitor logs and incident documentation
- Ensure the lobby, amenity spaces, and front desk remain clean, organized, and welcoming
- Respond to resident concerns promptly and professionally
- Maintain a positive resident experience at all times
Qualifications:
- Previous concierge, hospitality, front desk, customer service, hotel, or property management experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and email
