What You'll Do:- Operate advanced industrial vacuum furnaces
- Work with Equiax, Directional Solidification (D.S.) and Single Crystal furnace technology
- Perform furnace setups and changeovers
- Work with coils, melt coils, susceptors and related foundry equipment
- Monitor furnace operations and production processes
- Accurately record required production and process data
- Follow SOPs, engineering specifications and safety procedures
- Maintain quality and meet established production goals
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
What We're Looking For:- 2+ years of industrial furnace operating experience preferred
- Foundry, casting, heat-treating or similar industrial experience strongly preferred
- Experience operating industrial equipment in a high-temperature environment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
- Ability to follow detailed procedures and production specifications
- Strong attention to safety and quality
- Dependable and able to maintain reliable, on-time attendance
- Comfortable working 12-hour shifts
