ROTA Nanny – Miami Beach, FLA warm, active family in Miami Beach is seeking an experienced, professional ROTA Nanny to provide loving and engaging care for their 3.5-year-old son. The ideal candidate will be energetic, active, flexible, and passionate about supporting a child's development through play, education, and meaningful activities. The family is looking for a long-term team member who values consistency, open communication, and has demonstrated longevity in previous positions.
Position Details
Schedule: 1 week on / 1 week off up to 3 weeks while traveling
Languages: English and Spanish required
Travel: Must be open to domestic and international travel for up to 3 weeks
Valid passport required Candidates: Local candidates preferred; open to fly-in/fly-out candidates
Responsibilities:- Provide attentive, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate care
- Create and plan engaging activities that encourage learning, creativity, and physical activity
- Support the child's educational and developmental goals
- Prepare meals and snacks for the child
- Handle the child's laundry and keep his belongings and spaces organized
- Ideal Candidate5–10+ years of professional childcare experience
A degree in Education or relevant certifications in Montessori, early childhood education, or child development is preferred.
Experience caring for young children in a professional household setting
Fluency in English and Spanish
An active, energetic, and playful personality
A positive, upbeat, and flexible approach
The ability to receive and implement feedback graciously
Understands the dynamic in a private household and discreet.
Excellent organizational and communication skills
