We are a growing, privately owned oral and maxillofacial surgery practicein Central Florida seeking aBoard-Certified or Board-Eligible Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeonto join our team. With locations inKissimmee, Altamonte Springs, and Davenport, we offer the benefits of private practice-not a DSO or SSO-with an experienced clinical and administrativesupport team and state-of-the-art surgery suites .Who We're Looking For Clinical skill is important, but personality and team fit matter just as much. We are looking for someone who is: Board-certified or board-eligible in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Down-to-earth, personable, and collaborative Patient-focused with strong communication skills Comfortable in a busy private-practice environment Interested in growing with the practice long-term Spanish-speaking is a plus, but not required
